'Landora' is a striking yellow rose known for its beauty and remarkable resilience. The elegant and romantic buds gradually unfold to reveal its fully flowers of the classical Hybrid Tea high-centered form. The petals, which gently curl back, demonstrate a vibrant and deep yellow colour that remains vivid even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.

FLOWER
Blooms abundantly in flushes throughout the season, starting from late spring or early summer, and until the frosts. Has an abundant repeat flowering after the first flush.

Flower bud:
The flower buds are large and long when the petals start to unfurl. The bud form is pointed ovoid. When the sepals first divide, the bud colour is greenish yellow. As the bud continues to open, the upper sides of the petals are light yellow while the lower sides of the petals are dark deep yellow.

Bloom:
The flowers are large, the average open diameter is about 13 - 15 cm (4.5 - 5 inches). They are very double and have classical Hybrid Tea high-centered flower form, the edges of the petals curl back.

The flowers are borne singly or in small clusters of 3- 5 flowers. The flowering stems are strong, long.

The colour of the upper sides of the petals is deep yellow and the reverse sides of the petals are dark deep yellow. The base of the petals is small, medium yellow orange. No variegations is observed on its flowers.

Normally the colour of the flowers persists and no discoloration was observed. The general tonality at the end of the first day as well as at the end of the third day is not changing. There is some discolorations noticed at the end of the fifth day. Towards the end of the flowering the colour changes to lighter yellow, the edges of the petals are much lighter, light yellow to white.

Fragrance:
The fragrance is very light and fruity.
