Description

This climbing rose boasts large, full flowers with concealed stamens. The blooms are remarkably enduring, displaying a vibrant magenta pink hue. ‘Maritim’ stands tall with robust shoots and densely covered with an attractive medium green, glossy foliage.

A very beautiful large flowered climbing rose with densely double flowers. The shape of the flowers is initially cupped, later the flowers open to a very wide to a huge, flat rosette with the average diameter of about 10-12 cm, the middle of which never shows the stamens. Very deep, strong purple-pink flowers have an incredibly long-lasting color that, even in strong sunlight, remains stable until they bloom. Only closer to fading flowers become lighter, having more lavender undertones. They also have excellent resistance to rain and last on a plant about 12 days.

This variety has straight, strong shoots with medium green, shiny foliage. Forms large plant, the mature plant has height of about 200-300 cm and width of about 90 - 100 cm.

The variety has very good resistance to powdery mildew, botrytis and rust, the resistance to black spot is good. Pest resistance – not tested.
