Description
Lavender Ice belongs to the compact and low growing roses but is a very large-flowered hybrid. In terms of the flower size and how floriferous it is, it can rather be classified as a floribunda rose. The silvery lavender coloured flowers have a light fragrance. Average flower diameter is 8 - 10 cm (3.5"). They are large, very full, with average 50 petals count under normal conditions, scalloped bloom form.
Blooms in flushes throughout the season. The individual flowers should be deadheaded to improve the next flush.
Lavender Ice grows low and bushy. This rose variety will be perfect for pots and containers, especially placed in sunny places; or planted in small groups, on terraces, borders, in the churchyards, romantic gardens mixed with perennials, mixed borders.
