Description
Medium sized Moss rose with very full, bright crimson flowers, which have also purple shading. As the flower ages the colour changes to purple before the petals fall out. Forms perfect rosettes with button-eye. Blooms in clusters, of 15 to 20 flower buds together.
The variety has vigorous and bushy growth habit. The foliage is glossy and of a deep green colour.
First introduced in Gentilly in 1846.
